“Turnkey Multichannel Aftermarket” solution to be launched at Automechanika Birmingham by ecommotors

E-Motive, a leading provider of aftermarket ecommerce solutions and member of the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF), will launch its ecommotors Turnkey Multichannel Aftermarket (‘TMA’) solution at the Automechanika Birmingham trade fair in June 2023.

The solution is a joint venture between E-Motive and Volo Commerce and aims to automate the end-to-end aftermarket ecommerce process for manufacturers, distributors, and resellers.
The ecommotors TMA solution connects key elements of the aftermarket process, such as marketplace, webstore, and data management, into an automated ecommerce system.

The solution will help resellers scale their business by streamlining their workflows and operations, while manufacturers can go live on marketplaces and webstores in a shorter timeframe, either selling directly or onboarding distributors and resellers to sell under programmes like Merchant on Record or Authorised Reseller.

ecommotors TMA suite, that will be presented at Automechanika this year, includes various features such as an ERP and management system, inventory updates and stock availability, multichannel listings (Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, etc.), B2C and B2B order placement, data and content management, and customer service (optional). The suite also offers brand protection programs.

“We are thrilled to partner with Volo and showcase our ecommotors solution at Automechanika 2023 stated Andrew Rowson, CEO, and founder of E-Motive. He adds that the joint venture brings together expertise and experience to provide sellers with a comprehensive, turnkey solution that will help them automate their entire end-to-end process.
